Cancellation Policy
As per the cancellation policy, 12 hours notice must be given before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do requires the attendee to pay 50% of the cost of the initial appointment. Payment requests will be sent via invoice following the booking. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in future bookings being declined.
